For estate agencies

The age of the building, in your listings

A module to embed on your website: the visitor types a Brussels address and reads the building's construction year as the Atlas reconstructs it, with its reliability and a link to the map.

Try it

The code to copy

As an iframe, wherever you like on the page:

<iframe src="https://atlas-bruxelles.pages.dev/en/embed/age/" title="How old is this building?" width="100%" height="360" style="border:0;max-width:520px" loading="lazy"></iframe>

Or as a single script line, which inserts the module at that spot:

<script src="https://atlas-bruxelles.pages.dev/embed.js" data-lang="en" async></script>

Settings

  • Language: replace 'fr' with 'nl' or 'en' in the module's address.
  • Pre-filled address: add #q= followed by the address at the end of the module's address, for example #q=rue haute 100. With the script, use the data-q attribute.
  • Width: the module adapts to its container, from 280 pixels to full width.

Good to know

  • The years are an approximate reconstruction: about 22,000 buildings carry the date of the heritage inventory, the others are estimated to within a decade or two. The module says so for each address. It does not replace a deed or a certificate.
  • The module sets no cookies and contains no trackers. Address data is only loaded on the first search, and the address typed never leaves the visitor's browser.
  • The link to the Atlas of Brussels is part of the module and must remain visible.
