La famille Capart possédait les terrains où se trouvait l'ancienne abbaye de Dieleghem. Cette famille était à la tête d'une société immobilière et gérait les ruines de cette abbaye avant de vendre les terrains à la commune de Jette dans le courant du Xxe siècle. (remark in French, as published)
