Roger Lallemand (1932-2016) est un Homme d'État socialiste et avocat engagé notamment contre les disciminations envers les homosexuels et pour le droit à l'avortement. Il défendit notamment le gynécologue Willy Peers. Lui et la sénatrice libérale flamande Lucienne Herman-Michielsens sont co-auteurs de la loi qui a dépénalisé (partiellement) l'avortement en Belgique en 1990 et que le Roi Bauoduin refusa de signer.
