Joseph Benoit Willems (1761-1844), membre du conseil de la Cour d’appel de Bruxelles qui est enterré au cimetière de Laeken. Cette dénomination est liée à un don important fait en 1890 à la Commune de Laeken par un membre de sa famille, l’homme de lettres Léon Gauchez, en vue de la création d’un «Musée-bibliothèque Willems», institution qui ne vit jamais le jour.
