Augustin-Daniel Belliard (1769-1832) est un général français qui était en fonction notamment sous Napoléon. Après sa chute, il reste au service de la France et sera envoyé à Bruxelles en 1830 comme diplomate. Il fut également franc-maçon et membre d'une loge bruxelloise. (remark in French, as published)
