Bollinckx (?-?) était un industriel de Anderlecht spécialisé dans la fabrication de moteurs. Lors de son ouverture en 1890, la rue devait relier le hameau industriel d'Aa et la station de chemin de fer de Forest. J.B. Bollinckx fut secrétaire communal de 1841 à 1879, tandis que Henri Bollinckx siégea comme conseiller communal de 1863 à 1887. (remark in French, as published)
