Léon Théodor (1853-1934) est docteur en droit de l'Université de Gand, et fut bâtonnier de l'ordre des avocats. Durant la Première Guerre mondiale, il participa activement à la résistance. En 1925, il fut nommé Ministre de la justice. Il avait siégé auparavant à la Chambre des représentants ainsi qu'au conseil communal de la ville de Bruxelles. ex. rue de la Station (remark in French, as published)
